Oh no, I hope this great horned is out of this cage or at least has a perch for its feet! This is quite dangerous for this bird, never mind severly uncomfortable!
Don't worry, the owl was only held there for a short time. Unfortunately she was too emaciated and both of her eyes were damaged, she was euthanized shortly after these pictures were taken.
